App vs. browser experience

Our native app offers offline market caching, push notifications for match starts and live-dealer table availability, and faster response times when placing orders during peak traffic periods. The app stores your session data locally, so you can browse upcoming Liga 1 fixtures and Piala Indonesia draws without an internet connection; markets sync when you reconnect. Browser access through dewivip.id works on any device with no installation step, making it ideal for desktop or tablet use.

The app's interface is optimized for one-handed use on phones; buttons and text scale automatically to your screen size. On Android 7 and later, the app runs in the background and notifies you of match kickoffs even when the app is closed. On iOS, notifications work when the app is open or in the background; you can customize notification preferences for football matches, live casino tables, and payment confirmations.

Device compatibility and system requirements

We support Android 7.0 and later, including Android 12, 13, and 14. The app runs on devices with at least 100 MB free storage and a 2 GB RAM minimum. On iOS, we support version 12.0 and later, compatible with iPhone 6s and all later models, as well as iPad and iPod Touch. Our web app functions on any modern browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop or tablet.

Older Android versions (below 7.0) and older iOS versions (below 12.0) cannot install or access the app; use the web version at dewivip.id instead. Device storage is not used to store payment credentials or sensitive account data; only session tokens and market snapshots are cached locally. If you upgrade your device, install the app fresh and sign in; your account and balance migrate automatically across all devices.

Troubleshooting common installation issues

On Android, if you see a warning about "unknown sources," this is normal for third-party apps. Navigate to Settings → Security → Install from unknown sources, enable it, and try the download again. Some devices show a Play Protect warning; tap Install anyway to proceed. If the download fails, check your internet connection, clear your browser cache, and try again. File Manager apps may also block APK installation; use the browser download folder instead.

On iOS, the app is accessed through Safari and added as a web shortcut to your home screen. If the shortcut doesn't open the app, delete it and create a new one by tapping the Share icon and selecting Add to Home Screen. iOS does not allow direct APK installation; the web version provides the same functionality. If notifications don't appear, check Settings → Notifications → dewivip and confirm that notifications are enabled for your home screen shortcut.

Data, permissions, and account security on dewivip

Our app requests location permission only to verify that you are accessing from a permitted jurisdiction; we do not share your location data with third parties. The app requests device ID to link your session to your account and prevent unauthorized access. Camera and microphone permissions are optional and only used if you choose to participate in live-dealer video tables with two-way audio.

Your account credentials are encrypted using TLS 1.3 and never stored on your device. We authenticate every transaction with your password or two-factor authentication code. If you lose your device, sign in to your dewivip account from another device, change your password, and your old sessions terminate automatically. Your payment methods are stored securely on our servers; the app does not cache bank details or credit card information. What to do after installation

Once the app is installed and you've signed in, verify your identity if prompted. This typically takes one business day and is required before your first withdrawal. Add at least one payment method—e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment are the fastest for deposits in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan.
